When you meet with a Customer Services Manager at your local Direct English or Linguaphone Centre, you will take a more comprehensive computer-based test - a Placement Test - that will establish your true level of English.
The Customer Services Manager will guide you through this test and discuss your results with you to ensure you start at the correct level within our comprehensive learning programme.
